RETURNS POLICY

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items after informing us.

We will confirm your cancellation and provide return instructions.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • With tags attached (where applicable)

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. However, we may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by excessive handling.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We do not charge restocking fees.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be issued within 14 days. Refunds will include the full cost of the item and the original standard delivery charge. (We are not required to refund premium or express shipping upgrades.) Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty or not as described. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:Text support on buttons left of our site 

We will provide a replacement or a full refund. We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund: (1) Check your bank account again. (2) Contact your card provider (processing time varies). (3) Contact us at Text support on buttons left of our site 

7. Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For size changes, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn items
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period (unless faulty)

This does not affect your statutory rights.
