2. Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
- Minor design differences may occur between batches
- All sizes are approximate
This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order: (1) You will receive an order confirmation email. (2) A contract is formed only when the item is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if the item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via secure third-party providers (e.g. card processors, PayPal, Klarna etc.). We do not store full card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will deliver within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If we cannot, you may cancel for a full refund. Risk transfers to the consumer only when the goods are delivered to you.

6. Your Right to Cancel
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods. See our Returns Policy for instructions.
7. Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and timeframe.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays outside our control, or business losses for consumer purchases.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content (images, branding, logos, text) belongs to FABREZZI and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by UK courts.
