SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 weeks due to high demand. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, but we will always fulfil orders within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
(1) Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via recognised courier services such as Royal Mail, Evri, InPost, DPD, UPS or DHL and include shipment tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
(2) Shipping to Consumers (Private Customers)
- Goods will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery details are correct.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected from a delivery point, we may charge the additional cost of re-delivery.
- Risk and responsibility remain with us until the goods are delivered to you or a person identified by you to receive them. This is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate with the courier and, once confirmed, you will receive either a replacement or a full refund. You will never be required to claim compensation directly from the courier.
(3) Shipping to Business Customers
- For business-to-business transactions, risk passes to the buyer when the goods are handed to the courier.
- We are not liable for transit damage or loss unless caused by our negligence.
- Shipping insurance can be arranged upon request at additional cost.
(4) Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (for example severe weather, customs delays, courier disruption or strikes). However, if your delivery is significantly delayed, you may contact us to arrange a replacement or refund where legally applicable.
(5) Inquiries and Complaints
Please report any delivery issues (damage, loss, missing items) within a reasonable time after delivery so we can investigate promptly.

Consumer Cancellation Rights
